Communication is the cornerstone of my business. This means active listening to ensure everyone is on the same page at all times. Honest conversations with clients and business associates help create a smooth and clear path towards the goal line.

 

Maintaining up to date knowledge in the industry (current market, laws, education etc.) is essential to representing clients and their best interest. I strive to stay one step ahead of others through knowledge and experience to see obstacles before they arise and have a plan in place to prevent them from being an issue.

I am a wife and mother of 4 amazing kids.  I started my Real Estate Career out of necessity in 2017; I choose to stay because it is my passion. I originally joined a team and quickly became the top agent multiple years in a row and grew to be in the top 20% of my office of over 300 agents. I have been honored to help an average of 20 families each year in buying or selling their homes. It is an honor to help each of these amazing individuals who have trusted me to help guide them through one of the largest purchases of their lives. I strive to make what could be an extremely stressful process as painless and stress free as possible. Communication, partnerships  with you and other key players in this process is my top priority. I first met Kali in September of 2019. I had just gotten a job in Tukwila and was looking for a rental closer to work. I was living in Lake Forest Park at the time. She immediately found a rental for us, in Renton. She had never done rental searching before. By the end of the walk through, she had taken over 250 pictures and made sure we had documented everything we could ever need to ensure we were covered. We moved in a month or so later. When the landlord refused to change carpet that was clearly destroyed from pets, Kali did it at no expense to us. When the house definitely needed to have a pre move in cleaning, she did it…..herself. No charge to me, but did it to ensure it was a safe place for myself and my son. She stayed in contact with me over the years via social media and text. Fast forward to August of 2025. My husband and I were just perusing the listing for homes in the area and found a home we thought was ‘The One’. She immediately got us In touch with a fantastic mortgage broker who has us pre-approved in less than 48 hours. We learned our financing amount we were prequalified for, and moved accordingly. We looked at the house and she pulled me aside and expressed her concerns. It was a home that would have needed to be repaired to an extent above what we would have been able to do, financially. She was honest about it, saw the challenges and expressed concerns over what would be needed to ensure this is a safe home for our family. The third home we saw was it. It. Was. Our. Dream. Home. We submitted our offer, it was accepted in about 24 hours and we proceeded with the purchase. Kali was there, every step of the way. Through the appraisal, Inspection and every other vendor needed, Kali held our hand and helped us understand what every item meant. To sum this up, Kali is willing to stand up for what is right, have hard conversations with seller agents and willing (& able) to make it happen. Our home would not have been possible without her and the amazing team of resources she has, in her corner. Not only has she blown us away with her passion, professionalism, joy, Laughter, memories, and love for her clients…she is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in what SHOULD and NEEDS to happen.
